You’ll rotate through a mix of pin-loaded machines, plate-loaded strength stations, and bodyweight movements, keeping your heart rate up while building real strength.Expect: Full-body circuits that challenge every muscle. Simple, effective movements — no guesswork. Options to scale up or down, so everyone can train at their level. Big energy, strong community, and plenty of encouragement. This session is about momentum and movement, not perfection. You’ll work hard, have fun, and leave feeling accomplished — and maybe a little surprised at what you’re capable of.
