HOW TO WIN THE 10-WEEK CHALLENGE
Success is simple: the winner is the person with the biggest drop in body fat percentage over the 10 weeks.
How It Works

Your starting body fat percentage is recorded on our InBody scanner.

Your final body fat percentage is recorded at the end of the challenge.

We calculate the difference — the person with the largest negative number (the biggest decrease in body fat %) wins.
